Position: Training and Development Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a Training and Development Specialist.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training methodologies.
- Develop evaluation criteria to assess training effectiveness.
- Provide insights to improve training data quality and model performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Training and Development Specialist.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebook).
